I like the consistency of the eyeliner, goes on very smooth and pigmented. My biggest issue is with the packaging. When I was putting on the eyeliner I put the cap on the end of the pencil. I tried taking it off and the whole end piece and sharpener came off and are now stuck inside the cap. I have no idea how I can get them out.
The other issue I have is how the liner is not retractable. It comes out fine, but you can't retract the liner back into the pencil. I went too far when trying to get out more eyeliner and now it's stuck and I can't retract it. I ended up breaking it off and now I'm stuck with a bunch of excess eyeliner I can't put back.
It's a shame the packaging is so terrible because I do like the consistency of the gel.

BEWARE: Packaging breaks on every product
I loved this eyeliner and bought it several times, however, I noticed the inner plastic part would get stuck in the cap rendering the cap unusable as it can no longer fit back on the eyeliner and it dries out. My final straw was my most recent purchase when the cap broke on the first use, drying out the rest of the liner and rendering the whole thing unusable. For this price point the cap should almost never break off, and certainly shouldn't be having this defect on every item. Disappointing.

I really like how it applies but after a few uses you need to reorder a new pencil because it’s all used up. Good product but not for everyday use.

Faulty Product Leaks
I have purchased this product several times. The applicator gets saturated very easily. The last one I purchased had a pin hole leak in the tube and leaked everywhere. I purchased on a bonus points day, prior to needing it. Tried to exchange it 60 days later for the leak and was refused.

Excellent eyeliner. I love the True Brown colour. It lasts all day and does not smudge. I do wish the tube lasted longer but overall a great choice!

Suggested Usage: -Tip: Only twist up what you need—the pencil doesn’t retract. -For instant definition, glide the tip along your lash line and/or waterline, starting from the inner corner. Build to your desired thickness. -For a smoky look, immediately smudge out as desired before it sets. Tip: work on one eye at a time. -To sharpen, pop out the built-in sharpener from the bottom and twist it over the pencil to reshape the tip.
