The Worst

Like others have said, the worst foundation I've ever used. No matter what I tried (different primers, setting powders, application methods, etc) it left patchy areas, wouldn't blend, and would wipe right off my skin. Every time I go in to the store looking for a matte foundation the staff points me to this one. Do not recommend!

Not for me..

I’ve tried different ways of applying this makeup on my combination skin but I keep getting the same results. I get dry patches and not blending on the nose and lip area. I will be returning this makeup.

Horrible foundation

This foundation is awful. It is nothing like the old matte formula. It transfers, patches, and is impossible to blend. The color is also extremely different from the old formula even though the names are the same. Would absolutely not recommend

Bring back the original soft matte!

Not a fan of this new foundation. They need to bring back the original soft matte. I have oily skin, but I was not a fan of the finish of this foundation. It looks dry and flat. The original soft matte was full coverage and had a better finish.

Worst foundation

Worst foundation i have ever tired! I have tired Estée Lauder , NARS radiant, Haus labs and Dior and by far this is the worst! So cakey, oxides so bad and so patchy. Waste of money

Why did the discontinue the other one

After using this foundation for the past few weeks I realize why they discontinued my usual foundation. This one takes so much more product for full coverage. It’s super lightweight. I guess it works if you’re going for natural but it’s supposed to be “medium-to-full” coverage you’re going for natural but it’s specifically reads “medium-to-full”.

Its the only foundation I have

I've had this foundation for a little over 2 months and I enjoy it. It works great especially since my skin is oily. I love how its matte it works perfectly.

Mwah Chefs Kiss. Perfection in a bottle

I switched from the Soft Matte, and my fiancé immediately said “wow whatever makeup you have on looks really good”. If a guy compliments it, then you know it’s good. Love this foundation and highly recommend it

We need the old formula back please.

Please bring back the original formula!!! PLEASE!!! The old formula was the best thing ever!!! Little went a long way with complete coverage without having to add more if some. Sometimes a thin layer would do and sometimes you didn’t even need to set it. And if you had stubborn spots you’d have peace of mind that it’ll be covered even if it needs a layer or just a spot coverage here and there. It was wonderful!!! The new formula requires me to add triple or more spot coverage and then it ends up looking uneven because the matte foundations dry and coagulate when dry. So you gotta ask fast. But it’s such a polar opposite from the original formula that I was so loyal to. Now it’s time to move on to the ext alternative. I don’t know why make up lines will always try and make things “better” but is it really to make it better??? Or to cut corners because everytime they do this it seems to be lacking some component that the consumers initially got hooked on, or needed. Regardless, having the best product that actually works with your face is so hard to find. I hope they reconsider going back.
