UNACCEPTABLE !!!
I purchased this Polo Ralph Lauren linen shirt as a birthday gift for my brother, but the moment I took a closer look, I was shocked by the poor workmanship. The fabric felt extremely thin & fragile, the overall quality was disappointing & the shirt was noticeably oversized. To make matters worse, there were loose threads sticking out from the collar & sleeves. The packaging was just as disappointing. For an expensive designer shirt, I expected much better. Instead, it was simply stuffed into a plastic bag, heavily wrinkled, making it impossible to recognize the product until I pulled it out. It certainly didnt reflect the presentation or quality you would expect from a premium brand. I honestly dont understand what has happened to Ralph Lauren or to Macys. Both have long been associated with quality! I will be returning this shirt & I have no intention of purchasing Ralph Lauren products or shopping at Macys again. Enough is enough. I do not recommend this shirt !!!!

Very disappointed
Very disappointed with these Ralph Lauren linen shirts. This is the second time Ive ordered them because I had to exchange the first ones due to quality issues. Unfortunately, the replacements arrived in poor condition as well. They werent even properly packaged, and both shirts have loose stitching and loose threads in several areas. For the price and reputation of Ralph Lauren, I expected much better quality control.

Plaid linen shirt
A very nice shirt in appearance, fabric and quality. Problem, way to small for a medium. I have a slim build often mediums are a bit to large in body for me, this was more like a small in cut, though sleeves were correct or usual length, 32/33 for me, they were cut very narrow.
