Quality has declined.

Excellent Quality

I purchased this black adjustable ball cap from one of my favorite and most trusted stores, Nordstrom. This is a very comfortable, light weight and stylish looking cap. Its a classic Ralph Lauren must-have accessory.

The logo color is different from the photos!!!

I bought the Stone pebble color. There are two different photos for the Stone cap. One shows a cream-colored logo, and the other (the image that appears when you open the product page) shows a gray logo. I assumed the gray logo was the actual one. However, the cap I received has a brown logo. I was really hoping for the gray one.

received wrong hat twice

TWICE i attempted to order this hat in the color, "stone pebble" and twice i received the wrong color. First time i was sent biege. i called and let customer service know that i got the wrong color. The agent was kind enough to send the correct color via same day delivery....unfortunately when i opened the package, i got the wrong color again. this time i got white. Now i have to make time to return it for the SECOND time. Very frustrating.
