This is my favorite liquid liner. It’s highly pigmented, matte, long lasting, and has a larger pen tip that facilitates faster application (if you like a fuller cat eye). Mine never bleeds and stays in place pretty much all day. Not sure what the deal is with the negative reviews; I guess it depends on your skin.
