I love this product so much, it's the exact color and hydrating formula I was looking for BUT I cannot justify the price for how much product you get. It's much smaller than I thought. I wish it had more product. Also packaging is so flawed. It doesn't retract back into the tube.

Something faulty about the packaging
I love the shade, the feel, the application, the aesthetic of the packaging. But something did not work well. I never dropped this product, never exposed it to heat, never did anything that might damage it other than the usual wear and tear -- I keep it in my makeup bag for easy reapplying.
Yet, after a few uses, it broke inside the cap and it ill not come out. Albeit, I could likely scoop it out with a tiny spatula and use the product if I brush if I *really* wanted to, but I am a 38 year old woman who wakes up at 5:30, commutes one hour to work and works 10h a day. I do not have time for this.
This product's proposal was to be a chic, minimalistic, easy-carrying lipstick meets balm hybrid that could deliver all that in a beautiful small tube. I do not think it worked. I highly doubt mine will be the only one that breaks for no reason. I am in no way special and have done nothing special with it.
I would advise the supplier to reavaluate the deploying mechanism and relaunch it.
