I had read good reviews and went to Sephora and smelled the tester, which was nice. However, when you actually put the reeds in (and are not next to 10 other diffusers in the store), the smell changes quite a bit and smells very chemically. Not What I Expected
I have bought this diffuser many times for my rental home and my apartment. The past few I have bought have almost no scent. As others have said you need to be standing over it. Not sure what has happened. I wrote to Jo Malone and got the sense I am not the only one who complained. Such a shame because this diffuser earned my home many compliments.

Smell is nice but I have had it out for over a week and there is 0 smell. My fiance and my younger brother also said they couldn't smell anything.
