Anyone that speaks to this being a poor quality product is delusional. I have bought this diffuser multiple times and am continuously impressed by the output of scent and how luxurious it smells. If you claim it doesn't work your home could likely use a deep cleaning as this easily consumes 2000sqft. Even after evaporation I can go weeks without replacement and the scent lingers.

Candle is good but package is disappointing
I purchased this candle as a birthday gift and selected the gift packaging option at checkout. However, when it arrived, there was no gift packaging at allnot even a simple branded bag. The candle was simply placed in a battered, musty-smelling shipping box...I was very disappointed, as the presentation is an important part of the gifting experience.

Strong scent
It was a very strong scent just sitting out, sSo much so that I was tasing it in my mouth and it was giving me a strong headache. I wrapped it back up and put it in the box it was mailed in. Even upon returning it , a couple people mentioned the strong scent !
