Love Gucci! The quality is there, the presentation this mascara comes in keeps it fresh longer than any mascara I've ever owned. I had to force myself to throw out one (in their other formula) simply because I'd had it too long but it never dried out nor did it run out. This speaks volumes of the quality. Therefore, I do not understand the negative reviews. I initially tried Gucci's other formula and liked it, so I bought both when they went on sale and I LOVE this one! It has given my sparse lashes a makeover. The bristles on Gucci mascaras are unmatched. These are great for thinning lashes due to aging. Trust me! The added volume and some length is evident without any clumping or fallout which is hard to find these days. I will say, it's a little hard to wash off but not as difficult as another beloved mascara, the lash clash, by a different brand.

I had high hopes for this Gucci mascara, but unfortunately, it didn’t work for me. The formula is quite clumpy and made my lashes stick together. Suggested Usage: Follow these simple few steps to achieve beautifully curled and voluminous lashes that stay lifted all day long: -To get an even more defined curl, you can start by using an eyelash curler on your lashes before applying your mascara. -At the base of your lashes, gently squeeze the curler, holding for five to 10 seconds. -Then, using the inner curve of the Gucci black mascara wand, work the product into your lashes, going from root to tip. -Finally, use the outer curve of the wand and apply a second coat for fan-effect volume. -Complete your Gucci makeup look with a touch of eyeshadow and eyeliner to really make your eyes stand out.
