I think the only reason anyone is giving this 5 stars is because they’re receiving the item for free or as a gift. This is the worst “balm” I’ve ever used. It’s not moisturizing at all. I like the case so I’ll scoop it out and replace it with aquaphor. dry to use on eyebrows. But

Love it (: I use it overnight mostly, however for day use texture on lips is great under other products. I rub it between clean fingers before applying onto my lips, doing this accommodates to my texture preference. It's great as a hair wax alternative for taming fly aways or even in your brows to keep them put. If you're looking for a miracle in a tin to solve every single one of your skin issues just because it says Gucci and the price, then maybe you will be better suited to another product. Genuinely a multi use product with clean ingredients, beautiful casing, light smell. I wasn't expecting how many women stare at me when I pull this out, half of whom ask me where I got it! Needless to say it's a statement piece, the option to get refills levels it up to a timeless staple, every woman needs this. Will continue to use and gift a this item as often as I can, lovely! I had this in my purse and the latch fell off so not it won’t stay closed so it’s basically trash.

I was gifted this balm by a friend. I really don’t know how to use it or what’s for. It’s not hydrating enough for using as a lip balm ( I tried it and my lips looked white ) or to used it as an under eye treatment. I gave 2 star because the packaging is so elegant.

Frankly I got this for the case, not the lip balm so I expected it to be mediocre lip balm. But it’s actually quite awful! I used it for a couple of weeks and then scraped it all out and filled it with aquaphor which is much better! a 😂

The perfect everything balm to keep with you for a mid-day dewy plump top-up on dry skin, lips, to pat on over makeup that needs refreshing, cuticles, eyebrows, or that flyaway strand of hair that won't stay back. I could keep going. Not too shiny, not greasy not oily, and it looks chic enough to use in public.

Beautiful packaging, but the balm is just not that great. Has a strange odor and it doesn’t keep my skin moisturized…feels like you need to constantly reapply but doesn’t seep into your skin well.
