ive been using this product for a while. Huge improvement in dryness and breakage. Definitely will continue to use! Totally worth the expense.

I only wash my hair once a week.maybe twice?? I ordered a trial size of this and the conditioner a few months ago, and still have some product left, as you do not have to use much to get results from these. What I instantly fell in love with, is the fact that this shampoo developed into the most LUXURIOUS LATHER!!! I have never had this happen before with any other 'high end' shampoo, as usually you have to forfeit the 'spa experience' for quality ingredients.but with this one, you get it all!!

As a kid, I grew up using L'occitane shower products in the 90s and 2000s. My favorite was the angelica scented shampoo and conditioner. My family would take it with us everywhere - vacations, swimming lessons, etc. and strangers would always ask what products we were using because of the wonderful, refreshing aroma. Just recently, a colleague told me that the 'Intensive Repair' collection was the same as the original angelica products and I was SO excited to reintroduce it into my routine. Unfortunately, I tried out most of the Intensive Repair products earlier today and found the scent to be a sad shadow of what it once was. The shampoo and conditioner were pleasant, but the scent strength is maybe 20% of the original potency and it has lost that beautifully strong and herbaceous L'occitane DNA. The newer products, like the Repair Mask and Sublimating Oil, smell like an entirely different line, just a basic sweet scent. L'occitane is a very nostalgic brand for me but it's sad to see that the special aspects of the brand have been dulled down. If the reason for change is due to regulations or to be more sustainable/cruelty-free, I support that. But if the changes are due to cutting costs or to become more generic for mass appeal, then that's really disappointing. L'occitane was one of the very few authentic French brands that felt and smelled so different from all the American products we have. (Thankfully, the Almond products which I also love haven't changed much, so PLEASE please don't ruin that one). I hope one day, I'll be able to get my dear angelica products back...

I've been using L'Occitane's Intense Repair Shampoo for over two decades. Any itchy scalp issues I had before my first use of this shampoo, disappearedand they've never returned. Now in my 50s, I have a pretty healthy head, and have just now begun noticing white hairs, which I attribute to the longterm use of this shampoo. It doesn't cause buildup or irritation; instead, it seems to maintain the natural balance of my scalp and by doing so - I honestly think it had something to do with slowing down the process of white hair growth as well as the loss of hair post menopause . It's one of the most UNDERRATED shampoos out there-- reliable and consistent.

I thought my other products were amazing but I got this product in an advent calendar and oh. My. God. Did it beautifully change the texture of my hair. I've NEVER felt my hair this soft and it smells amazing as well. 10/10 would recommend I think I'll absolutely be repurchasing this product, I'm still in disbelief on how well this product worked.

I bought on a whim. I absolutely fell in love with it. It cleanses and hydrates. My hair is shiny and bouncy. I will definitely repurchase.

I found this on a cruise and fell in love it made my hair shiny and healthy it helped fix my two textures problem with my hair I highly recommend this I came across this by accident and love it!

I wash my hair almost everyday just for the pleasure of it. I'm 59 years old. My hair isn't thick so I'm anxious to keep as much of it as I can. I feel that this shampoo is excellent at preventing hair fall. I receive compliments on my hair frequently due to this lovely shampoo.
