Bad… dried all moisture out of hair

Awful!! Dried my hair out so bad I immediately had to rewash and used Pureology to put moisture back in my hair. The Moroccan hair oil is amazing, however, the shampoo and conditioner is terrible.

Hydrating is more like a clarifying shampoo

For dry or curly hair, I would say this is the least hydrating shampoo I have ever used actually stripped the hair makes it feel MORE DRY. I don’t know if maybe I got a bad batch but it was a very large bottle so that is unfortunate. I absolutely love the smell, but definitely not good for dry hair at ALL. I don’t know if maybe I got a bad bath, but it was a very large bottle so that is unfortunate.

I have really dry, fine, and color treated hair that needs a lot of hydration. I found this shampoo easy to use, especially when I double cleanse. The first wash never seems to suds up enough, but the second wash will be like bubbles galore. My hair feels and smells amazing after using this.

I’m honestly really disappointed with this shampoo and conditioner. At first, I thought it might just be an adjustment period, but after a few uses, my hair started to feel stiff, stringy, and incredibly dry—completely the opposite of what I was hoping for. What really concerned me was how it affected my scalp. I’ve never struggled with dandruff before, but after using this product, my scalp became extremely itchy and flaky. It got to the point where it was uncomfortable throughout the day, and I had to stop using it altogether.

Dehydrating shampoo

I received this in my birthday gift last year. The conditioner was very hydrating and fantastic so I can’t understand where the shampoo is so bad. It’s not hydrating at all and made my hair like a dried out tumbleweed. Too warm for the conditioner I wouldn’t been able to get a comb through it at all.
