Leaves a greasy film. Not moisturizing at all.

I liked the shampoo but this is a thumbs down. Made my hair feel like it had a film and greasy. Does not feel like it is moisturizing at all. The shampoo feels more moisturizing than this. This is a tough company to deal with too. They are rough. I recall once I called them about their spray oil that was leaking and they were very nasty. Didn't offer anything. A replacement nothing. I had to fight with them over it.

I really enjoyed this conditioner. I have pretty fine, dry, and color treated hair that needs a lot of hydration and this was great for regular washes. It smells amazing, goes on easy and makes my hair super soft. I do wish it was a little thicker, as I find I need to use more to cover my length of hair (long, about to my mid back).

I smell like a Buddhist temple…

Given that this conditioner (and shampoo) does make the hair texture quite soft, I’m sure some people must really like the scent. but, BUT oh my god the smell. It smells like a whole pack of cedar incense stick somehow infused into my scalp and cant wash it off. I’m going back to Ouai.
