This cleaner is okay, but it does not remove makeup effectively. Nice smell and leaves the skin very soft. But for me, this one is a no. I have recently purchased their SPF 50 moisturizer, and it's a top 10.

This does not cleanse a darn thing off your face. I don’t even wear makeup, I just wear sunscreen and this doesn’t even remove that. In fact it almost feels like it is adding more grease to your face on
top of whatever dirt is on there. I just can’t imagine why anyone would purchase this other than for the smell.

Perfect for dry, sensitive skin
I’ve been searching for several years for a cream cleanser for my very dry, mature skin that doesn’t cause any issues due to allergies, and the Balancing Crème Cleanser Luminous Ceremony is the ONLY one I can use. While it’s expensive, I only need a dime-sized amount, and it lasts me about 5 months (I also add a drop of oil to it since my skin is so dry). I do not wake up in the middle of the night with a stuffy nose, sore throat, or coughing, and my skin is hydrated without being greasy. It does have a soft scent of rose, and even though everything I use is fragrance free, it doesn’t cause any problems for me because it’s very light and dissipates quickly. The list of ingredients I have to avoid is very long, but certain coconut derivatives (MCT or capric/caprylic triglycerides, coconut alkanes) are a big no for me, and this appears to not have any. I’m so grateful for this, because at the end of a long day, the last thing you want to deal with is having your cleanser make you feel “unwell”. Worth every dime, particularly for dry, sensitive skin.

Best for mature dry skin
I wanted to love this because I love their AHA mask, but I feel really mixed about it. I technically have combination skin, but my t-zone isn’t super oily and the rest of my face is extremely dry to I tend to gravitate towards products for dry skin. My skin isn’t sensitive and yet my nose would break out.
This didn’t remove make-up well. I’ll use it up on my cheeks only on no make-up days because it really is luxurious and hydrating, but I won’t repurchase.
