Do not purchase

I have been a long time Ranavat user and do not recommend the retinol eye cream because of its packaging. I have attached a picture of all the product that is left in the bottle and will not pump out. Extremely disappointed by the packaging of the product especially since it’s pricey. I reached out to Ranavat customer service and they were not helpful since the product was purchased through Sephora, they are not responsible for it which is more disappointing since it’s their product. Sephora was not able to refund me money because it’s been more than 30days since it has been purchased. Save your money and don’t buy this product. They need to better package their products.

Hydrating BUT needs better packaging

Ranavat is great skincare! Im loving everything including their hair product. The eye cream is great & hydrating but the packaging isnt the best. I do love that its a pump & glass but as you get a little further than midway the pump doesnt reach to get the rest of product out. Im having to take the pump out & use a q-tip to get product out. So it needs better packaging.

Very smooth and not too thick!

I’ve really been enjoying the RANAVAT Brightening Retinol Eye Crème. The first thing I noticed was the consistency. It feels soft and smooth without being too thick, and that’s important for me because heavier eye creams usually make my skin feel sensitive. This one melts in nicely and feels comfortable. I also appreciate that the scent isn’t overwhelming. A lot of eye creams have a strong smell, but this one is really gentle and doesn’t compete with the rest of my routine. The packaging is beautiful and makes the product feel a bit more elevated. The only thing I’d critique is that it was a little hard to open at first, but once I got the hang of it, everything else was great. Overall, I’m really happy with it. My under-eyes look smoother and more hydrated, and the experience of using it has been really pleasant.

Okay so I wanted to love this because the packaging had me feeling all royal and fancy, but honestly, it was just kinda fine. The texture is silky and it absorbs fast, which I do appreciate, but I kept waiting for that brightening moment or that “wow my under-eyes look snatched today” moment and sadly it never really happened. I noticed a subtle more alert look though as if there was a little shimmer or light. The fragrance is delicious and very bold which I'm a sucker for. But the actual work behind the scenes just is not there. It’s gentle, it didn’t irritate me, and it plays nice under makeup. I needed a little more magic. A little more pep. A little more something. It’s giving princess vibes, not queen results, you know? I think with me testing this for a short period also makes a difference in me knowing full results. So I will continue this creme just to see what it will fully deliver. Not terrible, not amazing. Just a cute little eh, it works sorta moment.

Very little results, pricey, but nice texture.

I really liked the feel of this eye cream—it’s rich, silky, and has a very comforting texture when I apply it around my under-eyes. It hydrates beautifully without being greasy, and it actually helps my skin feel more supple by morning. The packaging also feels luxe, which makes the experience of using it feel special. That said, after using this regularly for a couple of months, I honestly didn’t see the kind of improvement in my dark circles that I hoped for. I was expecting more of a noticeable brightening or fading effect, but my under-eye discoloration looks pretty much the same. I think part of the challenge is that dark circles are stubborn, especially for me—they’re more hereditary than anything, and retinol only goes so far. While it feels great on the skin, the results just haven’t matched the high price tag, at least for my particular concerns. If your main priority is hydration, skin comfort, and a smooth texture, this eye cream is lovely and worth considering. But if you’re buying it specifically to visibly lighten under-eye darkness, I might advise weighing other products or lower-cost options first, because I didn’t feel like the performance justified the price tag in my case.

Retinol, but make it fun!

Retinol is such a key ingredient when it comes to anti aging, but since I haven’t had the chance to really try it as an eye cream prior to this, I’m going in blind and with nothing to compare it to. What stood out to me the most was the pretty peachy color this retinol eye cream has and how it gives a nice, subtle and instant brightening effect to the under eyes. The color itself is not quite orange, more on the lighter side, which makes it fun while using it. Next, the warm and earthy combination of florals and spice make this scent be on the stronger, but pleasant side. Which doesn’t bother me even though it lingers at first, but not for long; something to keep in mind if you don’t prefer strong scents. The texture is on the richer side initially, but it does melt & it’s absorbed as soon as you massage it on the skin. Moving forward, the finish it gives on the skin is more like satin, which I prefer…so you don’t have to worry about it being too matte/drying or glossy/greasy. Overall, I feel like I would have to use this product closer to 2-3 months to see any long lasting results, as I’ve heard it’s common with retinol, but considering all the pros I’ve listed, I’m giving it a 4 out of 5 for now.

Very Impressive product!

I have been using this product for several nights and I am truly amazed that I already see improvement in both dark circles as well as my fine lines around my eyes! We all know Retinol is a proven anti aging product/ingredient, so I was excited try this. It does not disappoint! Definitely softens the look of fine lines and dark circles, brightens the delicate under eye area. it is very creamy and has a nice clean scent. it absorbs quickly, is lightweight, non-greasy and moisturizes. It comes packaged in a lovely luxury box and bottle has a convenient little pump. Instructions say to use HALF a pump...believe it because a very little goes a long way! I had zero irritation. Also, it layers well. I did not expect to see any improvement so quickly so I cannot wait to see continued improvement over more time! Clearly a luxury product that really delivers positive results as promised. I will definitely continue to use. Recommended!
