Misleading Packaging

I was very disappointed by the packaging. It makes the product look like you're getting a decent-sized jar of moisturizer, but when you open it, there's only a tiny inner capsule containing the actual product. The outer container is much larger than the amount of cream inside, which feels misleading. I also did not notice any visible improvement in my dark spots after using it. Buyers should pay close attention to the listed volume before purchasing and not judge the amount of product by the size of the container. I expected much more for the price.

Problematic

I have ordered and received two bottles of the serum- one was COMPLETELY empty and the replacement bottle would not pump out any product. When reaching out I was reminded of the air pump, but the product STILL would not dispense. I've purchased multiple products, but this has been a nightmare with an insulting response from customer service (INNbeautyproject not Sephora) when reaching out. Be cautious of this when ordering this product specifically. Their team removed my review on their website, so that speaks volumes to the issues with this specific product.

Texture Pills Heavily — Impossible to Use

I’m honestly surprised no one has mentioned this yet. Unfortunately, the product pills terribly after application. No matter what I apply underneath or on top, it starts rolling off my skin into small flakes. It makes it impossible to layer with other skincare or makeup — even touching my face causes the product to ball up. Because of this, I haven’t been able to use it consistently or properly evaluate its effectiveness. Really disappointing, as I had high expectations, but the texture and behavior make it unusable for me. Can't Get Past The Smell 🤢

I can't speak to the facts cause I literally just put it on for the first time. But the smell is so horrible that I actually tried to wipe it off as soon as I put it on. Luckily, it was just a free sample. But it is so nasty.

It caused my daughter's skin to break out after a few weeks. I took this back to Sephora. The manager affirmed that it would not cause a breakout after a few weeks. She refused to take it back for store credit. Waste of my money. I have to take my daughter to see a dermatologist after using it. I will not recommend it.

Didn’t notice a difference at all even after using it up completely. The texture wasn’t the most appealing either it felt very jelly like. It wasn’t hydrating at all and if I applied just the tiniest bit too much it would peel off the rest of my skincare and makeup too
