I got a sample of this, and after the first use it felt amazing on my face. I have very sensitive skin, have tired a lot of stuff this year alone. Been struggling with my face very red. This has help in a short time. period. Im not sure how well the green side works doesn’t immediately immediately

Please design better packaging
Let me start by saying I love both products. They work well to cover readiness and moisturize my skin without any irritation, itching, hives, or acne. I have sensitive combination skin so it is hard to find something that works.
The bottle and pumps are the absolute worst. I have purchased this 3 times now. Each time the pumps quit working or worse don’t work at all. I had to return one bottle because neither side worked at all. You can never tell how much product is in or left in either side. You can not open the bottle to check or get what is left in the bottle when the pumps stop working (and they will most definitely stop working) unless you are willing to pull out a monkey wrench and pry the top off (No, it isn’t easy to do). I successfully opened it to find 2 little where the pumps connect and sure enough there is still product in there. The actual container for the product are about the same diameter of an OG cap type bic pen and 1/2 the length of the pen too (look at the bottom you will see what I mean) . The bottle size is deceptive (and totally wasteful) in comparison to the amount of actual product you get.
Overall the value-cost ratio is off significantly in my opinion. Thankfully I have recently found other products that are more reasonably priced with better packaging and great at reducing my overall redness plus have amazing moisturizing benefits.

Pump stops working
You don't get an opportunity to use the product as much as you want because the pump doesn't work. By the time you figure that out, the return window is closed, and you're stuck with a $56 product.

Waste of money
Total was of money, I used it maybe 4 times with trouble getting it out btw, and now it's empty nothing comes out anymore, wish I could if returned but since I didn't use it everyday I missed the, product is good but what a scam

Love product not packaging
Needs new packaging. Pump would not work on green side had to break open. Very disappointed when I saw tube was only half of jar. Love the product not the packaging

Great product/worst container
Container is the worst! I actually love the green side, but I have no idea when the product is low or if the pump stopped working. Some days it works other days it doesnt. Can't even open or see through to check.

Horrible packaging,should have listened to reviews
Haven’t noticed a difference in my redness, maybe because I haven’t bee able to use it with any regularity due to the horrible packaging. The pump stopped working after a few uses and now I have to pump furiously just to try to get even a little bit out. pump f
