Hard pass— does not stay on eyelids 
I have tried this product several times as Sephora continues to bring In-N-Out liquid glitter products; my all-time favorite because it stayed forever was from Patrick Starr; sadly, Stila glitter looks great when you first put it on and then within about an hour, you’ve got glitter going down your cheek great when you pursed
