I’ve been using this for many years. I wish they’d make a larger size. I’ve tried all removers on the market, and this was the only one that doesn’t burn my eyes and takes off my eye make up easily to come off easily.

New formula is still a winner!
As a longtime user of Sens'Eyes (I swore by it!), I was very skeptical that this new formula would work as well at removing long lasting eye liner (Victoria Beckham Satin Kajal liner and my new fave, Sarah Creal). I was pleasantly surprised to find that it really does work as well, and it even leaves less residue on/in my eyes. A squirt of this on a cotton pad (Shiseido Facial Cottons) removes my eye makeup on one eye, another squirt on the other side of the pad does the other eye.
I swear it works and really is gentle. Dare I say, even more gentle than Sens'Eyes....

Bring Back Sens'Eyes
I can't believe MUFE discontinued the old formula, it was my HG!!! I used to dab a little on my finger, rub my eyes slightly and just blot with the tissue. All the waterproof eye make up was gone. Also, this was the only remover that would instantly dissolve GLUE of my cluster lashes within seconds and clusters just came off without leaving any glue on my eyelids. No other removes does this without harsh rubbing and multiple passes. I have one last backup that I'll only use to remove cluster lashes and I'm so sad about new formula not being nearly as good. Bring it back please!

This product is complete trash. The previous product was exceptional. Definitely don’t waste your money. How unfortunate that the company doesn’t care about its clients and replaces an excellent formulation with this junk and overcharge people for it.

Please please bring the old formula back!
Have been using the old formula for eons. This new formula burns my eyes, doesn’t remove my waterproof mascara and leaves a residue feeling on my skin. I have allergies and the old formula was the only product that had worked for me. Crushed doesn’t even cover it.

Make Up For Ever - Waterproof Eye Makeup Remover
So I have been using this product for years.. the old and the new..
The new version just didn't seem to work without a lot of rubbing and a lot of product loosing eyelashes etc..
After all these years I decided to read the instructions and found I have been using it incorrectly...
The instructions say to apply with cotton pad and leave on for a few minutes and then wipe off with cotton pad..
I used my fingers to apply Remover left for a just over a minute then wiped off MY WATERPROOF MASCARA without any tugging pulling or lost eyelashes..
I couldn't tell you for how many years I have been using this product - pays to read the instructions I guess..
