I did not like this at all. It dried out my hair right away. I already have products I love but like to try new items during the sale and this one was a disappointment. There really isn’t a scent till you put it on it’s very light but does not smell good at all.

Zero stars for frizz - calming. Made my hair more frizzy if that’s possible. Second day hair was a mess, looked like I did a poor job of applying gel to my curls when I had no protect but this in it.

Great frizz fixer

This Unove leave-in conditioner feels light as it’s more of a milky lotion than a heavy cream. It spreads easily and evenly without leaving my hair greasy (and my hair is naturally oily). I apply 1–2 pumps to the mid-lengths to ends of my hair when it’s towel dried (avoiding my scalp), and it too helps with detangling my hair. After I blow dry my hair, the biggest noticeable difference for me is the reduction of frizz! My hair stays smoother and shinier even when it’s humid (which is all the time in Miami). It doesn’t make my hair feel sticky, stiff or left with any residue. I do enjoy the clean and fresh floral scent it provides. My ends appear healthier and feel softer. Since I have shoulder length hair, a small amount goes a long way.

Good even for fine hair

I have thin hair so a lot of leave ins end up not working for me. Usually they are too heavy and ends up making my hair look greasy or I have to use so little it doesn’t take down the frizz. I didn’t have that issue at all with this unlove leave in and it did a great job at calming my usually frizzy waves. I used it before giving myself a blowout and it didn’t weigh my hair at all but still reduced frizz enough to where I didn’t need to run an iron over it. I also tested it on my son’s super curly hair and it held the curl beautifully without looking like there was product in it. The next day he even got a compliment on his hair. You don’t need a lot of product either which is great. I didn’t love the scent at first but it’s not strong and after using it a few times I ended up liking it more. Overall, I really like it and think it would be versatile for a lot of hair types.

I have found another product in this line that I love. I previously tried the oil before this leave in. The blush musk scent line is for you if you prefer the lighter more clean scents almost like fabric softener light. The product is creamy and works itself well into the hair. My hair is fine but this did not create any extra weight and air dried very well without leaving it greasy. My hair was detangled much easier than without product. The other plus is this comes with heat protection so you do not need to add another product into the routine if you are going to be using heat tools after.

Probably better with daily use

To be completely honest, I wasn't as happy with this as I expected to be. I usually put several products in my hair after washing. One to mend damage, one for heat protection and frizz. I used this after I got out of the shower in place of my other products and I wasn't as satisfied as I usually am. My hair didn't feel as soft and it didn't quite look so smooth or silky. However, I then added a bit more after my hair air dried and it was much better. Due to my hair being damaged and so dry this time of year and needing a decent trim, I expect to have to add more daily. And with regular use, I could definitely see it helping. I probably won't replace my current products with it, though.
