I love this shampoo. I have thick hair but got this one to help with my dead ends after I’m done using this and the thick hair conditioner I look like I just came out the salon. Ppl think i have perfume on but it’s just the product, i love it!

It made my hair feel soft but UGH the smell is not good. It smells like sunscreen and it lasts for hours and hours. Giving me a headache it’s so strong.

Overall, I like it a lot for my fine hair. However, the smell in extreme. I generally not sensitive, but this smell is very unpleasant and strong. I have longer hair and it's like a cloud around my face. Lasts into a next day.

I love this shampoo. The smell is great and makes my hair feel awesome. My one and only complaint is the packaging. I purchased the large refill which came in a flimsy plastic bag. I could get past that except my bag had a slice is the plastic which caused a ton of the shampoo to leak out into the extra thin plastic bag that the shampoo was in. I think the Company should rethink this packaging. The loss of product is a bummer.

This shampoo is wonderful for fine hair - it added shine and body. BUT, for me, the fragrance is unpleasant and overpowering. Please fix this!

After doing some research, I switched to formulas designed specifically for fine hair, and this combination has worked extremely well for me. OUAI Fine Hair Shampoo & Conditioner Lightweight and easy to rinse Doesn’t weigh hair down Great for regular washes This is my go‑to for everyday use. My hair feels clean, soft, and has noticeably better volume without feeling dry or stripped. Olaplex Shampoo & Conditioner (Fine Hair) More nourishing and treatment‑like Slightly heavier, but still suitable for fine hair Leaves my hair feeling stronger and smoother I use Olaplex about 2–3 times per month, almost like a built‑in treatment wash. My routine: Wash every 3–4 days Alternate two wash cycles with OUAI, then one wash with Olaplex The result is hair that feels soft, has great volume, and—most importantly—doesn’t get frizzy, even in summer humidity. I’m very happy to have found this balance, and I plan on sticking with this routine long‑term.

I do like it, I had tried the clarifying version in the past and liked that but only used it once in a while as it's a little harsh for regular usage. So I thought this one would fluff my fine thin hair (which is also color treated) and it did. But it was still a little drying after a few times so I have switched to using it intermittently and maybe as a first lather and something gentler for the second lather.

OH EM GEEE! This stuff is ruining my hair. When I first bought this product, it worked great for the first few weeks. Soft, bouncy, smelled great for hours! But now on my second bottle, my hair is falling out in CLUMPS. I have super greasy, fine hair, and this has only dried it out and broken jt so I can barely even brush my hair unless i load it down with so much product. Do NOT get this stuff!!

I was so excited to try this out! I’d read the description and it sounded great, but unfortunately, all it’s done is dry out my hair and make it greasy. I’ve had no issues with my hair, was just looking for something new to try, and now I’m going to have to rehabilitate my hair.
