You only need the tiniest amount, so the product goes a long way, which makes it great value. This face cleanser is a staple in my skincare routine. I use a pea-size amount, and it gets super sudsy; it’s awesome! I love how clean my skin feels after using it. I’ve tried other face cleansers only for the sake of how expensive this product is, but none compare. I use my Then I Melt You living cleansing balm first, then follow it with this Hourglass face cleanser, then follow on with the rest of my skincare routine. I've used this cleanser for a few years now, even before I started using a cleansing balm first, and I've only bought it three times, with one as a backup that I haven't used yet. Since I use very little, it lasts a super long time for me. I love this cleanser, and for me, it's amazing.

Great for Oily/Acne-prone skin!
I bought this is a recommendation from a Sephora employee after getting a perk facial treatment. I explained my skin concerns to the esthetician (oily and acne-prone skin with mild sensitivity) and she highly recommended this cleanser as she had the same skin issues. After my first use, I was a little reluctant because I realized it has fragrance, but boy was I pleasantly surprised to find that it doesn’t irritate my skin at all. It lathers very well, leaving my skin and pores feeling squeaky clean. It also lives up to its description in that it leaves my skin so radiant and glowy. No breakouts from using this! I’m about to restock on my second one, I use it both as a single cleanser in the am and also as my step 2 in my double cleanse routine in the pm. Highly recommend for those with oily and/or acne-prone skin.

Not for dry sensitive skin
I got this product bc of all the great reviews and also bc it said it’s a hydrating product, I have dry, oily(more so on the dry side) and sensitive skin. And I do not get the hype!? I felt like this cleanser was very stripping my face felt extremely dry and stripped after using it. Finally my red inflamed dry areas on my face were calming down but after I used this, my skin got red and inflamed again (around my mouth and under my nose is always VERY dry and red). It smelt fine but even the smell felt stripping like a strong soap smell. Just makes the skin feel SUPER clean but in a stripping way. I would say maybe… if you have oily skin go for it. Do not recommend this to anyone with dry skin
Okay…. How is this not advertised literally everywhere. I’m in love. So luxurious, so soft and really cleans the face leaving it looking like you just got a professional facial. The Equilibrium line is nothing short of perfect in every way. This is everything you need in a cleanser and more. My skin has never been more even, hydrated, smoothed, glowing, and CLEAN. [Employee of sephora] Im very particular with my cleanser. But those days I do wear a foundation I feel like I need a cleanser that is really going to lather and breakdown that makeup im wearing. This is a great product it does have fragrance but I dont feel any irration or overly dry skin afterwards. I recommend this product to all the boys and gals that struggle with getting makeup off.

great scent, very elegant and classy, which is already better than most amino-based cleanser since they tend to not invest in scent. Only need a little to get a lot of foam, about doubled of average amino-based cleanser. I only use it in the morning and it last for 8 months. Overall, it suits its price. If you want the best experience, this is the one.
