Product is very gentle, too gentle. I apply and rinse and reapply and rinse and my skin doesn’t feel clean. After rinsing, it feels like it leaves a residue.

HG for Combo/Dry/Sensitive—quick yet non-drying!
I initially tried the mini version in a minis set a couple years ago and ever since then it’s been a legit HOLY GRAIL for fall/winter (or any day I’m feeling dehydrated, dry, or irritated)!
Don’t often leave reviews but I just couldn’t not help others out to know how worth-it this one is! I’ve tried SO many cleansers of different types before/after this too, from drugstore to K-beauty to high-end, but this is the only truly HG one I’ve found for my often-dehydrated combo/dry skin (prone to hormonal acne & sensitive skin & eyes) that I’ve repurchased & keep going back to despite the price (usually wait for a sale on it at Sephora or the brand’s site)
I also really like that, compared to other milky or cream cleansers, you can apply this one to wet skin and it’s fast/easy to wash off and doesn’t leave a film or not-clean feeling. SO soothing and easy!

Really NoT For Sensitive Skin
Tried this twice because there are so few options. Every product is All-In-One which is totally not my thing. I use a cream cleanser in the morning and aim for a gentle night cleanser - micellar first, rinse, then cleanser. There is no other way to an excellent complexion. This cleanser. while not harsh, definitely isn't gentle or hydrating enough for dry, sensitive skin.

It’s definitely very gentle on the skin and I haven’t experienced any breakouts, but I did notice that I’m left with what feels like a thin layer of moisturizer on my face no matter how many times I rinse.

I LOOVVVVEE this face wash!! I first got it from an IPSY order and loved it so much that I had to repurchase it despite the price tag!! I have eczema and it is very gentle and soothing on my skin!! It’s also very low on. The fragrance side which is really nice! I hate dented cleansers on my face!You don’t need very much of it so it lasts a long time!! Very worth it!!
