Why does it BURN
Just bought this, and I have to say, the original (though a bit heavy) is better. I applied my usual serum, and the moisturizer right after. As I smoothed it over a dry patch, it started to sting and burn. Like bad. Definitely do not recommend for dry skin.

Gone downhill dramically
Estee Lauder used to be the top cosmetic company years ago. I have been using the products for over 30 years, but my last experiences with the organization is pushing me to go elsewhere. I received a defective product on an auto ship, but could find no way to contact to resolve. Still haven't received the refund. My last order was wrong, different than what I've ordered for years. So disappointed.
