Love this sunscreen. I have mild hormonal acne/combination skin, and a lot of facial sunscreens tend to clog my pores. This one does not. I tried MANY facial sunscreens before finally finding this one. It works great under makeup for me too (for context, I mix it with some facial oil, and mainly wear concealer). Please never discontinue this product!!

Cause of pilling
I’m honestly not loving it. I got it because it was in 50% discount and has great reviews but after trying it for a bit it cause me pilling almost all the time because a lot of my skincare products doesn’t match with it. I gotta use only when I have clean skin.

Good product for daily use. Non-greasy
I love the non-greasy formula! It does amazing under makeup and it has no smell.
I did hike up a 13000 ft mountain (it took exactly 3 hrs) and it didn't quite beat the powerful UVs. But my burns are barely noticeable and in areas I probably applied less product. But, I did apply a lot of it prior to hiking. So I gather if you want full effects, you may need to wear more of this than other sunscreens (i.e. 100 SPF La Roche Posay and Neutrogena ultrasheer). But Island of Paradise faired pretty dang well. And it never runs into my eyes unlike the other sunscreens I probably wouldn't wear this if you're going to be in the high country on a hot sunny day.

Burned my eyes like no other
This sunscreen felt so nice and lightweight when I tested it in the store and I was sorely mistaken when I actually used it the next day. It does feel lightweight on the skin but stays a little greasy even after 30 minutes of only being inside. I noticed a sting when I applied and got a little close to my eye but it wasn’t the worst, but it persisted. And I couldn’t rub my eye without fear of getting more in my eye. It has been almost 2 hours since I applied and I have been outside, then washed my face twice and it STILL burns. I might as well be cutting onions that’s how bad it feels. This is an immediate return. No other sunscreen, despite it being for face or full body, has ever made me feel this.

After using this product a few weeks I love the application and how it wears under makeup. I was a fan of another popular brand but it was too greasy or to drying and didn’t sit well under my makeup. I like that it not only protect from the sun but also has skin care properties as well.
