Nice for curling/waving, terrible straightener
I have naturally wavy hair and really do like the way this tool curls and waves my hair. The style holds well all day. However, this is the worst tool I’ve ever used to achieve a straight style. After running it over my naturally wavy hair, my hair is still wavy. It’s like the plates have too much space between them and don’t clamp down enough. I’m giving 3 stars because I do like it for curling my hair.

Disappointed with Sephora service
Extremely disappointed by Sephora service for this product. I went into the store and they promised it would be shipped to me within 2 days. Nothing arrived and when I checked the carrier finally after 5 days it said there was an exception and it couldn’t be delivered.
I received no update from Sephora nor was a new product shipped out. I reached out to customer service and all they said was oh yeah the carrier sent it back to us and it’s sold out now so we can’t resend you one. They issued a refund but that was only after my inquiry with no explanation or action on their end and no attempt to replace the product. Super disappointed.
