this instantly melts away makeup, doesn't irritate my eyes! I can use it on my eyes and even before rinsing my eyes are completely fine. also I like the way it washes off my face feels pretty decently clean I am like a combination and can be oily and can break out so I always do a double wash but I only really wash that T-Zone area. I will say though after I use this my skin feels so clean I'm only doing a double wash because my skin gets congested. but I love those this is literally hands down my favorite of all of like the melting bombs to remove makeup

Not as good as the original formula

Reasonably good, but the plastic rose scent; ick!
I got two for one so decided to try it… my favorite cleansing balm has been Elemis for years. This is a decent product. Removes most makeup well. Not as good at removing mascara but reasonably well hydrating. My mature skin does not feel dry after using. Normally, I like scented products, however, this product smells like a rose Glade air freshener my grandma used in the 70s. The scent is overpowering.

The PERFECT balm cleanser, but price is too high:(
Best balm cleanser I've ever used, hands down. That being said, the price just keeps going up and up and sadly I think I will have to keep looking for another option. I double cleanse every day and it's too expensive to buy this every single month. Very sad because it's so amazing. If you just want to know about the cleanser and price isn't an issue, I will tell you it's literal perfection. It melts away makeup VERY well, it rinses cleanly with no residue, scent is very subtle but good, a little goes a fairly long way, and it doesn't make me break out. Very nice product!
