Great shade — but formula issues
This is absolutely the best color I’ve found, and I fell in love with it starting from the mini size which is no longer available. Unfortunately, the last time I purchased it, the product kept crumbling and a lot went to waste — and this was only my third time using it. Has something changed with the formula? I really hope this gets resolved because the color is otherwise perfect.

I ordered this for the ingredients. The ingredients on the website are good ones for healthy brows. The ingredients posted like-Biotin -Saw Palmetto: -Antioxidants are no where to be found on the box it comes with. Why not match the ingredients on this website with what is actually on the box to save me a trip from returning it to the store.

The only one I will use!
Love this pencil. It takes the guess out of colour matching. Lighter brows, just go lighter, darker brows, just add more. It also doesn't look fake like a lot of the other brow pencils out there

Basic staple
Very good pencil. I like the feel and texture of this pencil as well as it's staying power. I used Dior pencil for a little while and I must say I'm going back go It cosmetics eyebrow pencil because Dior pencil didn't perform on staying power, it disappeared on my oily skin within 2 hours, not kidding you. But this pencil stays on for hours on my oily eyebrows skin. I just wish that Sephora carried their other universal colour pencils such as Blonde and Autburn as I colour my hair frequently and like to match my eyebrow pencil to my new hair colour accordingly.

Too little product.
I bought this product in October. Have used maybe 10 times. In early December I thought was broken as no new pencil would extend. I returned to store and the employee said is not broken but has run out. There is not very much product to begin with if gone in about 10 applications if that. And color not saturated at all. I see as I write this the color is blonde which was too light to begin with. Mostly unhappy that ran out so fast.
