Smeary lipstick, not a balm

Grrr I really wanted to love it but it's like they took lipstick and made it extra smeary. It's not a tinted balm at all - it even tastes like lipstick and even with a nice liner transfers everywhere. I accidentally tossed the packaging - I'm bummed I can't return it.
