For Puffiness and Dark Circles:

-Warm a pump between your fingertips.

-Smooth the contour of each eye with three fingers, alternating between one hand and the other, from the inner corner to the temple

 -Using your fingertips, gently tap underneath the eye from the inner corner outward and then in the other direction.

For Crow’s Feet Wrinkles:

-Placing your arm behind your head, position your index, middle, and ring fingers on the opposite temple.

-Slide your three fingertips horizontally outward.

-Place the three fingers of your second hand below the first hand,with your fingertips opposite each other.

-Slide your six fingers vertically outward (up or down depending on the hand) over the entire crow’s feet area.

-Place your middle finger under the eyebrow and your ring finger under the eye.

-In a scissor position, slide toward the temples to open the eyes.

-Stop at the temples and smooth outward with both fingers.

-Place the base of the palm of your hand under each eye and smooth the eye contour in an outward direction.
