Do not purchase online to be shipped to you. This product is way too fragile to ship. Recommend purchasing in store only if available at your Macys mine arrived shipped broken and returned them. Sadly my Macys did not carry the product in store. Kiko failed on the packaging of this product. Not sure if its defective but I tried ordering directly from Kiko Milano first same two shades arrived broken in the palette. Because I wanted it really bad I tried with Macys and same issue, this item is defective and Kiko Milano doesnt acknowledge it or take any accountability. On the other hand Macys at least refunds you unlike Kiko Milano.
