Excellent as a foundation!
I use as an all-over foundation. The color matches my fair skin nicely, and it adds a bit more coverage without looking heavy and cakey. It feels nice and layers well with a setting powder and over creams and moisturizers. I have extremely sensitive, oily, acne prone skin with rosacea, and bareMinerals products have not caused breakouts or irritation. I love this product and highly recommend it!

Came Back to Bare Minerals
Life saving! With minimal product stippled where needed, covered my sunburned nose over a tinted moisturizer. 'Stipple' on with a brush. I used a Sephora #57 on my nose and #19 in the eye area. I mixed a small amount in with my Laura Mercier translucent ultra Blur and finished the rest of my face with a #50. Bare minerals still does what few other brands can. Not going back to the liquid concealer any time soon. Beautiful finish and coverage for my combo skin. Stippling

Difficult application; Settles into lines
I’m never actually well rested irl, because I have a 3 year old and a 1.5 year old. I always have dark circles under my eyes. I was really disappointed with this concealer. It was hard to apply. I tried several different brushes with varying stiffness/softness. I tried with or without a face primer. With or without an eye primer. I just couldn’t get an even application. Worst of all, no matter what, it settled into every little crease under my eyes. I did not look well rested. I looked older than my age. My makeup looked very obvious. The color works well for my porcelain skin, however (hence the 2 stars).

giving up on this
i'm fighting to make this work since i got it. i am medium complexion and wanted this to brighten up my undereyes as i usually use a concealer close to my skin tone instead of a highlighting one. the colour of the powder looked promising but as soon as it starts blending out it just looks white on my skin tone. even the texture i can't seem to make work as i've tried applying to bare skin, foundation, concealer, setting powder, everything but it always looks so powdery and grabs on to skin texture.

Terrible. Shows texture like crazy
I hate this product. I bought to replace the concealer stick since it's been discontinued. I use powder foundation so I figured it'd be fine. This settles like a cheap liquid and shows/enhances the texture under your eye. Every tiny bump and wrinkle shows. It does have good coverage tho.

the only concealer that works for me.
I have super bad dark circles half from genetics half from insomnia. The shade well rested is the only concealer I’ve found that doesn’t cake/crease on me—the trick is to hydrate your eyes extremely well beforehand and then use an eye primer. Then I use a tiny fluffy crease brush to pat it on and gently buff it out (i use the wayne goss 04 that is discontinued but there are many other brands that have the same shape). The other shade bisque has some red tones in it so it doesn’t do anything for my undereyes but it is a good match as a normal concealer on me.

Cakey Under Eyes
This concealer made my under eye look extremely dry and cakey. I have never had this issue with my under eye before. I tried using a lighter hand when applying and nothing seemed to work. I don’t even have issues with lines under my eyes, I’m not sure why it didn’t work for me.

not great for fair skin
I really like this because it has SPF and great coverage, but I wear the lightest shade of the original bareminerals foundation and this product is actually DARKER than my foundation. It’s a bad look. My eyes look tan, and I hope that someone from bareminerals is reading this and will create a shade that actually brightens my eye area- not make it look darker! I honestly don’t know what they were thinking. I’m going to probably switch to KVD powder foundation. She has shades for all of us super light girls. By the way, well rested looks nothing like the photo. Much darker in person.

Really does make you look well-rested!
A little goes a long way, truly works wonders in hiding the dark circles under your eyes! This has become a favorite of mine. No joke, if I forget to put it on, I am asked multiple times that day if I’m tired by my students (I teach high school). This stuff works!

Suggested Usage:
-Swirl a small amount of concealer in the cap until it disappears into the brush.
-Tap away any excess.
-Gently buff around the eye area in circular motions. This activates the minerals and transforms them from a powder to a silky cream.
-Repeat until you’ve achieved the coverage you want.
