don't like the product, but my skin loves it

Bought in Nov 2025 during the sale & have used the entire bottle. It's thick & difficult to get out of the squeeze bottle. It's not the most pleasant to use, doesn't remove my makeup & I still double cleanse. I don't love it, however, I will rebuy it because I do think the vitamin C lactic formula has made a positive difference on my 40+ yo skin - brighter, less dark spots and evened out texture. So as much as I dislike using the product, it works really well for my skin.

Didn't remove make up well

Used a lot of different cleansing oils and this was not it. Did not remove make up in one go and had to work it in - made me break out.

WORTH THE TRY

Been using this product for about a month now, it’s worked wonders on my face. Definitely a cleanser I’d splurge on, removes all my makeup & sunscreen in one wash. I rate it 4/5 only because I do have very oily skin & have noticed dryness in parts of my face recently after the wash, nothing concerning but hydrating moisturizer afterwards goes a long way

The most ineffective cleanser I’ve used.

I purchased this cleanser in August at the recommendation of staff in-store when my holy grail cleanser (Sulwhasoo cleaning oil) was not available in store. I hated it immediate but committed to trying something new for a little while. Boy, was that a bad idea. The cleanser does not effectively remove makeup, nor does it leave my skin feeling clean. It is not good for either a first or second cleanse. Skip this

Love it!

I love this cleanser. Takes off my make up and sunscreen so well! Doesn’t irritate my eyes or leave a white film like some other oil based cleansers do. Makes my skin brighter. Don’t love the price tag but it’s worth it to me!
