Look, I know this isn’t the intended use of this sunscreen but I just must share. My arms broke out in hives a week ago from using a new body lotion (Amlactin). I’ve taken Claritin and used Hydrocortisone cream. I then started putting The Ordinary sunscreen on my arms around day 4 because I’m now on a cruise. This sunscreen completely made my hives stop itching for a few hours, then I reapply and it helps again. It works BETTER than all of the other things I’ve tried that are actually made for allergies. I am so happy with this unintended consequence and oh so thankful.

This sunscreen feels incredibly lightweight, almost as if you’re wearing nothing at all—like water on the skin. When I apply it, it absorbs quickly and doesn’t leave any noticeable white cast, which is a huge plus for me. I’ve tried many sunscreens that create a chalky effect, especially on deeper skin tones, but this one blends so seamlessly that I wouldn’t expect it to leave any residue on darker complexions either. It’s so comfortable that I can wear it all day without feeling greasy or heavy, making it perfect for daily use in both sunny and cloudy weather.

Lightweight, minimal sent, good for sensitive skin
I love this sunscreen, I have rebought this specific sunscreen for vacation because it’s that good. I wish I could give it a 4.5 only because the packaging makes it difficult to get towards the end of the bottle.
When your pump doesn’t give you anymore sunscreen open it and scoop from the bottom. It works well with makeup, leaves you glowy if you go bare faced. There is no irritating strong sent and it doesn’t irritate my skin (clutch cause I’m on tret) I love this sunscreen man.

The Ordinary typically works well for my skin in general but the sunscreen is a pass. It never felt like it fully absorbed, it left my skin feeling kind of sticky and shiny - the shine broke through a matte blurring primer, long wear matte foundation, setting powder, and setting spra

A daily must have
I really like the texture of this sunscreen. It goes on smooth and spreads well and leaves no white cast. This has worked well with my dryer skin as well as my husbands oily skin

Itchy outcome
This sunscreen had my face itchy and I got tiny dots all over my face and neck. My neck had turned red it was not it.

So disappointed in this! The formula is greasy, it reeks of sunscreen smell, and I still got a sunburn after a short amount of time in the sun. I didn’t put it on my mouth but somehow it got on my lips and the taste has lingered through brushing my teeth. Don’t buy this
