- HOW TO USE:
- French Manicure: Apply one coat of ORLY bonder base coat and allow to dry. Paint the tips with white tips. Once dry, apply 1–2 coats of your favorite ORLY French manicure shade. Finish with ORLY polished top coat or Sec N' Dry top coat.
- Solid Color: Apply one coat of ORLY bonder base coat and allow to dry. Apply two coats of your favorite ORLY nail lacquer, allowing each coat to dry before applying the next. Finish with ORLY polished top coat or Sec N' Dry top coat.
