- HOW TO USE:
- To apply foundation, dot product onto cheeks with fingertips, then use light dabbing motions with the curved side of the sponge to spread foundation; blend evenly from center of face outward; for fuller coverage, dab on more foundation in small layers
- To contour, apply an appropriate amount of concealer directly to the skin, then blend along the cheekbones and jawline using the small, flat side of the sponge; for more dramatic contouring, choose a color one shade darker than your natural complexion
- To apply concealer, apply a small amount of product directly to the skin, then gently blend with the sponge tip
- To apply blush, portion your desired amount of blush on the sponge or a finger and apply it to the cheek, then blend using the small flat side of the sponge as if drawing an oval
- For wet application, moisten the sponge with water and gently squeeze out excess; after use, allow it to dry thoroughly
- To clean, wash the sponge in lukewarm water with a mild detergent; massage gently between fingers and thumb to remove makeup residue; rinse thoroughly and blot gently to remove excess water; allow the sponge to dry completely on the tray

I love this sponge! I had used the Beauty Blender brand sponge for years and was pretty happy with those. However, I think the Cle De Peau sponge is better. This sponge works well when applying a variety of different types of makeup. I use it primarily to apply my "The Foundation," but also use it to apply blush and complete the finishing touches when using the Cushion Foundation. Highly recommend!

Not like the popular pink blender
I have been using the popular pink blender for years and wanted to give this one a try, but I feel like it mostly absorbs my liquid foundation and doesnt apply much product on my skin. The sponge itself feels soft and the packaging is nice, I might use it a couple more times, but I dont think Ill be buying this again.
