first off, this is a great dry brush. i love the handle, i dont like my dry brushes with rope handles. i also love how it matches with the canister. the shedding is minimal like other dry brushes. its aesthetically pleasing as you can see in the photo.

Suggested Usage: -Start with dry skin (ideally before you shower or take a bath). -Brush your skin with long clockwise strokes or smaller upward strokes, working towards your heart -Don't forget the backs of your legs or your bum. -Pressure should be gentle but firm. Harsh exfoliation is not the goal. -Shower and dry off. Apply a Body Stone solid moisturizer (sold separately) and feel the energy moving through your body.
Recycling Instructions: -All outer paper packaging can be placed in mixed recycling.
