Nice scrub
I got to try this product as a free sample and I actually like it. Its sort of difficult to get it all rinsed out good with such thick hair, but using it every once in awhile its nice. Makes my scalp tingly and cool. Nice and refreshing and feels super clean after use. Going to have to find a matching conditioner to go with it! Oh and FYI, a little goes a long way!.

A Must Have!
I have never done a scalp detox before and was unsure if I should use shampoo after, but upon further research I learned you do and, as someone with thick curly hair, this was a game changer. I merely wish they had the instructions if use on the container for the most effective ways to use it. Definitely will be using regularly.

An interesting addition
This was my first time using a detox scalp scrub. It was interesting. I love the scent and the tingling feeling. Part of me wondered if I was using it correctly, but after using it my hair shampooed so much better. My hair is softer and doesn't feel weighted down.

It's a MUST Have for your hair.
The smell is okay. I t's not over powering it applies very nice and evenly, I loved when it started to foam up while scrubbing my scalp! I had to rinse and couple of times ,but it does come out easy! . I just wanted to make sure! I got everything out. My hair feels healthier and shiny!

I received this product for free in exchange for my honest review. I used this product on my daughter's hair and then on my own. This was my first time using a scalp detox, so I wasn't sure what to expect. The packaging is nice, and the scalp scrub is similar in consistency to a body salt scrub. It has a pleasant peppermint smell and gives off a nice lather when applied to wet hair. I will say it was easier to apply to my daughter's hair than my own. I'm not sure if my hair is too coarse, but I had trouble feeling the actual scrub on my scalp. When I was finished scrubbing and washed it out, my hair felt a little stripped. I went in after with a moisturizing shampoo and my hair was back to normal. But all in all, I didn't feel like it did much of anything for me personally. I will try it again my next wash day, but I wouldn't say it's a necessary step in my wash day routine.
