I wanted to like this fragrance more, but it does come off, kind of nauseating to me. It has a sharpness to it that can be headache inducing. It’s not a bad smell the top notes when I first spread it are more nauseating but once it dries down, it’s not bad I will not be repurchasing or ever getting a full-size, but I just don’t think it’s to my taste and I’ve tried 1 million fragrances that are a lot better.

Tart and citrus leaning Fig scent
Super tart like an unripened citrusy fig. I like it for layering but alone it’s a little too tart and sour smelling. Does not last very long on my skin.

Fresh, Feminine and Great for Summer
Super fresh, lightly sweet, and feminine leaning. It's perfect for outdoor summer events because it's easy to wear in hot, humid weather without being too heavy or sharp on the nose. It may seem somewhat basic for some, but I consistently get compliments when I wear it. Longevity on my skin isn't amazing, but I can still smell it on my clothes the next day.

A spray of Smiles to start my day
I got turned onto this product by one of Sephora’s sample programs with their colognes. I was very delighted when I smelled Ellis Brooklyn spray I was captivated by it right away and so with their sample program, I chose this excellent spray to top off my mornings.

Like a fancy sunscreen
Initial spay is very lemon forward. I can see how some might call it "astringent", but the alcohol smell doesn't really linger. As it dries down it sweetens out and it leans more coconut and vanilla. I love a true citrus scent so I'm a bit disappointed how quickly those notes disappear and it becomes almost too sweet for my personal preference.
If you're looking to a vanilla coconut scent this is a great option, if your looking for something more citrusy I think you'll be disappointed in the dry down.

This is my second favorite scent by Ellis Brooklyn. Smells amazing. Closest comparison in my opinion would be like a kiwi scent. Great for summer and occasions. I do get compliments when I wear this scent. Hust in love.
