Dries out quickly
Purchased this as a gift for my sister. It was on sale, that why this product received an extra star. However I just found out from her that it had dried out after two uses. Bummer.

Just go shopping at the store
I received the product and the mascara was dried out as if I owned it for six months.
I immediately called the company and I was blown off numerous times after paying for the mailing process seven dollars extra. I finally gave up and said I will go to the local store. The girls were so sweet truly they were. They had to call 1- 800 number just as I did but now I had to pay for gas just to bring it back not only that, but then I had to eat the, postage and handling .

Disappointing product
I wanted to like this brand of mascara, however, it has been most disappointing as it does not add volume. Rather than volumizing...it is barely there.

i got a sample of this from a friend and fell in love immediately stays put, no clumps, great brush. finished the sample and bought the full size. so excited to have found an awesome mascara, it's not easy to find one that has both good formula AND a well shaped brush.
