It smells nice, but to me it doesn't have a lot of throw. It's also not a spicey pumpkin, just kinda sweet, like if you asked for a nice smelling candle, this is what you'd think of? I'll definitely use it up anyway and my son loves it, so I tacked on an extra star for him.

Pass on the candles at Sephora
Candle would have been great at Voluspa candles always are, but Sephora shipped this candle out of its intended Voluspa packaging. Removed molded cardboard box and Voluspa box and shipped in a too-big Sephora box with a simple piece of brown paper. Needless to say it arrived smashed. Returning was not easy either. Eventually I was refunded my credit card amount and, since I used a partial gift card, that amount was not returned to the gift card but added to the website as credit which, unfortunately, I will never use since I don't use Sephora products. Would have much preferred it to be put back on the gift card so I could give to a friend. The return process itself was quick between drop off at FedEx and cc refund.
Buy Voluspa candles. Just not at Sephora.

Suggested Usage: -Trim wick to ¼ inch with each burn. -Allow wax to melt to the candle’s edge with each burn to prevent tunneling. -Keep candles away from drafts to ensure a smokeless, clean, and even burn. -Use a wick snuffer to extinguish a candle without soot or smoke. -Discontinue burning a candle when less than ¼ inch of wax remains.
Recycling Instructions: Up-cycle the beautiful jar and lid for keepsakes, flowers, or décor long after the candle is gone.
