Really wanted to love this but can’t Doesn’t actually peel your lips, just the product peels off (sorta). Very weak peel, not satisfying. I always have to rub off the rest of the residue on my lips. Feels really minty and does make my lips feel hydrated ( as do other lip products do) so it’s nothing too special. Also barely any product comes in the tube and the product comes out lumpy for me instead of creamy and smooth like I’ve seen in other videos. Overall just disappointed, got influenced from the ads and it was nothing like what I expected.

I thought this might be too gimicky but it’s fun to use and easy to take off.

Mine came half empty ??? It was hard to squeeze out the product and it seems as if it was running out? Overall it’s mid. You have to apply it enough to be able to peel it off. It does have a minty cooling effect so if you’re sensitive to that, don’t get it. Has a subtle chemical smell but not bad.

I was pleasantly surprised by the effectiveness of this Laka Soothing Prep Lip Care Hydrating Peel-Off Lip Mask! I did experience a cooling effect as well as a smoothing effect. This is the first time I've used a peel off lip mask and it was a little strange at first. However, I love the smoothing results! My lips definitely felt noticeably smoother after just one use!

I first bought this product from TikTok shop and I loved it it was both easy to use and very hydrating but after buying the product from Sephora I noticed that the applicator is different and the formula is different. The reason I say this is because the peel is much easier with the peel is much easier with the TikTok version as well as the TikTok version feels a lot more hydrating. With that being said I will be buys this product from TikTok from now on.

I received this product for free for my honest review. This is a very unique product. Once you apply and let it dry, it peels off easily. If you do a thinner layer, you can easily rub it off. It leaves my lips cool and tingly in a minty-fresh-like way. It leaves a conditioning layer on the lips making it feel soft and moisturized. I really enjoyed it as a lip prep. The photo looks gross but I promise you, it’s not as gross as it looks.

This lip mask is cooling and comfortable on the lips and peels off easily. I was actually surprised how soft and moisturized my lips were they felt renewed and refreshed. Definitely a go to product for lip care and prepping your lips for a lip tint!

I absolutely love this lip prep! It has a cool tingly feel akin to the OLEHENRIKSEN Chillers - maybe slightly less “cool”, but definitely no burning or discomfort. However, the best part is when you peel it off and are left with supple, silky lips ❤️ Now, for the 30 minutes of my life that I wasted, haha… I noticed that to get the product out, I had to squeeze out a lot of air from the tube. So much so that I compared it to another lip product I have from Laka that is in the exact same tube. Despite having used it multiple times, it is still full to the touch with no noticeable amount of air taking up space. When I put them side by side, I was certain there had been some factory mishap and my new Laka prep was missing a large amount of product. To have documentation for my complaint and subsequent return, I decided to measure the actual amount of product. The box claims it should contain 10 mL, but that’s also the amount of purple lip product I have from them, and clearly, they’re not equal! However, the new peel does indeed have 10 mL (minus the tiniest amount from my first application)! I was shocked! (I didn’t bother measuring the other one because it was a hassle to get it back in the tube, but I’d guess they overfill them.) Anyway, just in case you too believe you’ve been cheated out of a great product, I hope this saves you a half hour of proving yourself wrong!
