Buyer Beware: Underfilled Bottle

Given that this is already a really expensive product, I'm extremely disappointed that the bottle isn't filled to the advertised weight. I'm also concerned that the product is being falsely advertised. If this is supposed to come with 4.05 oz of product, a brand-new, full bottle should weigh more than that to account for packaging. When I went to use this cleansing balm for the first time, I noticed an inconsistency with the weight of the balm compared to the weight of my cleanser. I thought it could be a difference in packaging weight, but I decided to use my food scale to weigh the balm to be sure. It came in at 3.7 oz/110 ml, under the advertised 4.05 oz/ 120 ml of product you're supposed to get. The weight includes packaging, which should be added to the product's weight, not included in it. The scale is tared and tested for accuracy.

Most makeup remover oils and balms don’t remove my waterproof mascara and I usually have to use a 2nd product for it. This melting cleansing balm did such a good job removing my makeup including my waterproof mascara. Love it!

Waxy and blurry eyes

I was so excited to try this. I love balms and being in a tube was appealing to me. I’ve never had a balm blur my eyes to this extent. It’s lasted over a couple of hours no matter how many times I rinsed my eyes. It also feels like wax. Will be returning.
