I love using this but it does slightly sting on my very dry patches. where the skin on my face isn't severely dry it doesn't sting.

I’ve been using this toner for a bit and honestly it’s such a nice, gentle exfoliator. It has 8% PHA, so it smooths your skin without that harsh, stingy feeling you sometimes get with acids.  It feels super lightweight and hydrating at the same time, which I love because my skin never feels stripped after. Over time, my texture looked a little more even and my skin just felt softer overall. It’s not super dramatic overnight, but it’s one of those products that quietly works in the background. Perfect if you want something effective but still really gentle.

I have been looking for a great toner with exfoliation for some time now and I am glad I had the chance to try Biodance’s Mild PHA Toner! I really appreciate that this toner is a mild chemical exfoliant that keeps my moisture barrier in mind.
I’ve been using this toner for a little under two weeks now and I have noticed slight improvement in my skin. I have felt my skin become more soft and smooth gradually and I’m excited to see if my skin continues improving. I also noticed my skin has more of a natural glow to it!
I have acne prone skin with sun spots and post acne marks so I use other products that contain different types of mild acids. I noticed that using this everyday along with my normal routine made my skin slightly dry around my nose area so I went to using this every other day and I only apply this at night without other products besides a moisturizer. Once I changed up my routine I didn’t experience the dryness anymore. I would suggest starting with once or twice a week.

A great toner
I love me a good toner! This toner is amazing! As someone with dry, dull skin, this toner has been a lifesaver for me. At first, it made me break out, but then after a few uses, my skin got used to it and i stopped breaking out. Immediately after use, my skin is so hydrated and glowy. After a couple weeks use, my skin is definitely smoother and a bit more even toned compared to before use. I do not bother with a cotton round to apply. I apply directly to my hands and pat it into my skin until absorbed and it works wonderfully for me, even better than expensive exfoliating products.

The best
The Biodance Skin Refining Toner is a game changer in my skincare routine. My skin is a combination of dry and oily patches and I tend to struggle finding products that don’t irritate my skin, or break me out. After using this toner for about two weeks I can definitely say I have noticed a big improvement and difference in my skin. Specifically my pores looking and feeling cleaner as well as dry patches slowly clearing away. As someone who was always very afraid of using exfoliating toners, this one is so gentle you almost forget it’s exfoliating! It has no scent and is a lightweight consistency.

My facialist recommended exfoliation as an addition to my skin care routine, so I was excited to try this product. Product is easy to apply, and has no scent. After using, my skin feels a little dry, so thick moisturizer is a must after using. I used for 3 days in a row before taking a break. I normally have some redness to my skin, but after using this product my face has more redness and feels very dry. I do have sensitive skin, so need to just try using once a week to see if results are better. I do like the ease of use and ability to incorporate with my current routine, so I think this product is still beneficial, I just need more time to adjust.

I was so happy I got a chance to try this toner from Biodance. For context, I have dry, acne-prone skin that is prone to flaking (if not adequately moisturized) and dead skin buildup. So far, my holy grail exfoliator are the well known extra strength peel pads, which work so well for my skin but are pricy. The Biodance exfoliating toner worked very well for my skin. I like that it uses PHAs because my skin loves AHAs but gets very dried out by BHAs. The PHAs in this formula are a great gentle version of AHAs that I can use more often than the peel pads that I use once a week. The toner did not cause any stinging or irritation to my skin at all and left my skin hydrated. It effectively removed the dead skin cells, which is one of my main goals with exfoliation. My skin did feel sticky to the touch after using but that went away after I did the rest of my skincare routine. Overall, I really liked this gentle toner and I think it will be perfect for my dry skin in the warmer months.
