The formula has changed, this eyeliner is horrible now. I have been using this for almost 8 years now, and the last few I bought made my eyes burn SO bad. It made them water, and it caused me to have really bad eyelid dermatitis. My eyelid has fissures that are bleeding and they are so itchy. I stopped using this for a year and my eyelid dermatitis cleared up. Then I started using it again less than a month ago and my eyelid dermatitis is back. Do not buy this. Awful product. Wish they kept the old formula.

Literally the sharpest, best eyeliner to exist. My eyeliner could literally cut concrete. This eyeliner has such a fine tip but the liquid is so pigmented and literally does not move. I could pour water all over my face and my eyeliner would still look perfect. I have been using this eyeliner for almost 6 years now, 100% recommend this.

I have been using tarte cat eyeliner for many years and it was amazing, smudgefree, stayed on well under water. But I've been very disappointed with the last two eyeliners I've purchased, at first I thought it was a bad batch but after the second eyeliner I realize that maybe the formula has changed, I now find this eyeliner smudges very easily, it does not stay and runs. I will not be repurchasing again.

Tip is dried out already!
I’ve had this product for 3 months and the tip is dried out, the eyeliner liquid gets all over the cap and is just hard to apply. The tip being dried out is so bad for winged eyeliner. Don’t recommend this one!
