[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is such a gorgeous bright scent. I received this sample along with Sandalo by Aqua di Parma and it has the most beautiful contrast. Sandolo is musky, creamy and decadent. Zafferano is energetic, zesty and crisp. These fragrances are like no others that Ive experienced and I highly recommend them.

Unisex Spice

I mostly get spice from it, but it's top notes seem to consist of a lot of citrus. I'd personally say it's unisex, leaning towards feminine and my wife agrees. Overall decent projection and longevity, just not my favorite scent.

As the name suggests, we Zafferano dominated by saffron, which gives it a warm, almost sensual depth. It is as if the sun is trapped in a bottle that opens with every breath. The evolution of this fragrance is a true journey of discovery. It starts with an explosion of freshness and then evolves into a soft, cool and almost soothing presence on my skin.
It accompanies me during the day for a good 4 to 5 hours and unfolds particularly well on warm days.
