I couldnt wait to try this after reading the rave reviews, and also my great experience with the nail products. Im really neutral on this product. I dont dislike it, nor am I crazy about it. It goes on smoothly, a slight tingling that goes away. There isnt any reaction on my skin. I dont notice my eyes being less puffy, and my under eye color hasnt changed. Im happy I tried it, but wont reorder.
