The shampoo is ok but the customer service is horrible. They sent my shampoo to my old address. I have multiple times told them but still they haven't contacted usps and solve the issue. So now I didn't get any product and didn't refund my money. I never had this experience before and I was their regular customer. So this was very unfortunate and I wouldn't buy their product anymore
