Shrunken product, same price…

Embarrassing example of shrinkflation and disappointing display of corporate greed. Same price, 26% less product. Stupid decision and I will not be repurchasing. Also interesting to note, no change to production or distribution locations AND the new version uses 30% recycled plastic instead of 50% like the former. Hopefully this saves someone else the trouble.

Love it, but shrinkflation!

I have loved this product for years! My skin agrees with me, however, my wallet does but this last order. Same price, 1.7 fluid ounces less! I may need to find a new cleanser.

i love this cleanser! it lathers nicely on my skin, and it’s basically the only product i use plus moisturizer. makes my skin feel so soft and clear. also it comes with so much product for the price 👍

New bottle, less product, same price. Very Annoyed

I've used this cleanser for YEARS, and I absolutely love it. The product itself is 5 stars, however, they have shrunk the bottle and the amount of product which is extremely annoying. It's the same price, but almost 2 fl oz less of product. I'm extremely disappointed.

Not happy that this is 1.75oz less and the same price as the product I’ve been purchasing for years. It is an effective cleanser and helps with redness, so that’s why I’ve been loyal, but I’m not happy.
