Not great at doing what it claims to do
Despite its title and claims, its not great at removing eye make-up, especially mascara. And I dont wear waterproof mascara. Too much wiping and potential tugging involved. I end up having to wash my face to get it all off. Also, the mechanism itselfwhich should be super convenient (you push down and a small amount pumps up onto your cotton pad) doesnt work very well. and it has leaked.

Great product
I have been using this product for couple years and I cant stop using this one. I dont even have to go to Korea to buy a lip and eye remover because this one does the best job out of all the remover I used before. Highly recommended! I also love how it pumps instead of having to pour it on my cotton pad.
